Fried Chicken 2-ways (Sweet Chili Sauce)

INGREDIENTS

1/2 kg chicken legs
1 sachet 8g MAGGI MAGIC SARAP®
1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
1/4 cup water

Directions

1. Season chicken with MAGGI MAGIC SARAP® and pepper. Coat well with

flour. Pan fry in preheated oil until golden brown. Set aside to drain excess

oil.

2. Remove oil from the wok leaving 2 tbsp. Sauté garlic and pour sweet chili

sauce and water. Simmer until thick.

3. Toss in fried chicken pieces. Transfer on a serving plate and serve

immediately.

GOOD TO KNOW:

Coating chicken with flour prevents oil absorption of chicken while frying. Best served with stir fried vegetables.
