1. Season bangus with MAGGI MAGIC SARAP and pepper. Add MAGGI Soy and calamansi juice. Set aside .
2. Preheat a clean grill. Coat bangus with vegetable oil. Grill for 3 – 4 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
3. Cut into serving pieces, transfer on a serving plate and serve with Ensalada of onion tomato and salted egg.
Add freshness with tomato, red onion and salted egg ensalada.

3/4 kg bangus, cleaned and boneless
1 sachet MAGGI MAGIC SARAP
1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper
1 tbsp MAGGI Soy
1 pc calamansi, juiced
2 tbsp vegetable oil
