Tortang Talong at Corned Beef
1. Sauté garlic, onion, corned beef in oil. Set aside.
2. Beat 1 egg, add 2 tbsp of meat mixture and place on top of the eggplant.
Fry for 2 minutes per side.
3. Drain excess oil. Transfer on a serving plate and serve with preferred

2 tbsp vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 pc small onion, chopped
1 pouch corned beef
2 pcs large eggplant, grilled, peeled and flattened
2 pcs fresh medium eggs
1/2 sachet 8g MAGGI MAGIC SARAP
1/4 cup vegetable oil for frying
