The goodness of the bangus belly goes well with the flavor of the dish!
1. Simmer rice washing with tomatoes, onions and siling panigang for 10 minutes. Add bangus belly and cook until bangus is white in color for about 3 minutes.
2. Add patola and simmer for another 3 minutes. Stir in MAGGI MAGIC SINIGANG® Original Sampalok Mix. Bring to simmer.
Patola must be harvested at a young stage of development , or
else it will be too fibrous and less edible.

2 pcs siling paningang
1 pc medium onion, cut into quarters
2 pcs medium tomatoes, cut into quarters
1 liter rice washing or water
