1. Season de-boned chicken leg quarter with MAGGI MAGIC SARAP® and pepper.
2. Heat olive oil and butter in a grill pan and then add chicken, skin side down first. Cook until skin is golden brown and then turn. Continue cooking for 5-6 more minutes.
3. In another pan, heat pan-drippings. Add fresh button mushrooms, cook until soft.
4. Add all-purpose flour and cook for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown in color.
