Peel those excess crab meat from the family handaan and prepare this seafood omelette
1. Season crab meat and shrimp with MAGGI® SAVOR. Leave to marinate for 10 minutes.
2. Heat cooking oil. Stir-fry onion and spring onion. Add asparagus and mushroom. Cook for 1 minute.
3. Stir in marinated seafood. Cook for another minute. When vegetables are tender and seafood is cooked, stir in egg.
4. Cook over low heat until egg is set. Transfer on a plate with paper towels to drain oil before serving.
