    Season tilapia with 1 sachet of MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Pan fry in oil until golden brown. Drain and set aside in a plate.

    Remove oil from the pan leaving 2tbsp. Sauté garlic, onion and tomato. Pour water and simmer.
