If the quantities are increased, the cooking time may be extended, so look again. Use water & spices sparingly at first and add more later if needed.
Combine ground pork, MAGGI Magic, pepper, MAGGI Oyster Sauce, sugar, cornstarch and water. Mix continuously for 10 mins until sticky.
Brush a loaf pan with oil. Press meat mixture tightly and spread the top evenly.
Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight. Remove from the chiller 1hr before cooking.
Steam for 30 mins. Remove and set aside to cool completely.
Combine rice, water, MAGGI Magic Sarap, rice vinegar and sugar in a rice cooker. Mix well and cook.
Remove the Mystery Meat from the loaf pan and slice 1/2-inch thick.
Sauté Mystery Meat for 30seconds per side. Transfer on a plate and set aside.
Place a layer of plastic wrap on a flat surface. Place a slice of Mystery Meat and top with 1/2 cup of freshly cooked rice. Wrap the plastic wrap tightly forming to the shape of the Mystery Meat.
Remove the Mystery Meat Sushi from the plastic wrap. Wrap with a strip of nori.
Assemble the rest of the ingredients and serve warm. Serve with MAGGI Savor for added flavor.
