  • Step1

    60 Min
    Simmer pork with onion, tomato, finger chili and MAGGI MAGIC Sinigang with Gabi in water for 45mins. Strain and reserve and broth to make the sauce.

    30 Min
    Once pork has cooled completely, season with 1tsp of MAGGI MAGIC SARAP®. Fry in preheated oil until golden brown. Set aside to drain excess oil.

    10 Min
    Remove oil from the pan leaving 2tbsp. Add flour and cook for 2mins over low heat. Stir in reserved broth to make sauce. Season with 1tsp of MAGGI MAGIC SARAP®. Set aside.

    10 Min
    Sauté shallots and tomato in 2tbsp of oil. Add radish, okra and sitaw. Season with remaining 1tsp of MAGGI MAGIC SARAP®. Remove from the pan and set aside.

    5 Min
    To serve, place pork on a preheated sizzling plate. Add sautéed vegetables on the side. Pour sauce and serve immediately.
