  • Step1

    150 Min
    Simmer beef in water with bay leaves and peppercorn in a pot until tender. Add water as needed.

    10 Min
    Fry potato and carrot in oil until golden brown, strain and set aside.

    Sauté garlic, onion and chili in the same pan for 2 minutes. Add liver spread and cook for another 2 minutes.

    Pour tomato sauce and 2 cups of beef broth in the pot. Add pickle relish, beef, potato, carrot, coconut milk and sugar. Simmer for another 10 minutes. Season with MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Transfer on a serving plate and serve.
