    5 Min
    Sauté garlic, onion, corned beef in oil. Set aside.
  • Step2

    10 Min
    Beat 2pcs egg , add half of meat mixture, season with MAGGI® Magic Sarap® and place on top of the eggplant. Fry for 2mins per side. Remove from the pan and repeat with the second eggplant.​
  • Step3

    5 Min
    Drain excess oil. Transfer on a serving plate and serve with preferred dipping sauce.
