Marinate beef with MAGGI® Magic Sarap®, MAGGI® Savor Calamansi, garlic, sugar and pepper for 10 minutes.
Preheat oil in a large pan and sauté beef until golden brown.
Add mushrooms and butter and cook for another minute. Transfer on a serving plate, top with spring onion and toasted garlic. Serve immediately.
