    Marinate chicken with MAGGI® Savor Classic and set aside.

    Sauté potato and carrot in oil until golden brown. Strain and set aside.

    Sauté garlic, onion and chili in the same pan. Add marinated chicken and 1pc of MAGGI® Chicken Cube and sauté for 2mins.

    Add tomato, liver spread and tomato paste. Cook for 2mins. Pour water and season with remaining 1pc of MAGGI® Magic Chicken Cubes, pepper, sugar, bay leaves. Simmer for 15mins.

    Add bell peppers and sautéed potato and carrot. Simmer for another 5mins. Stir in coconut cream and cheese. Transfer on a serve plate and serve.
