Chicken Liver Adobo

Combine chicken liver, garlic, peppercorn, vinegar, bay leaf soy sauce, sugar and water. Simmer for 5 minutes.

Strain and continue to simmer cooking liquid to another 10 minutes.
Step3 of 3
Meanwhile, sauté chicken liver in oil until golden brown. Pour cooking liquid, season with MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®, and continue to simmer for another 2 minutes. Transfer on a serving plate and serve.
