Sauté beef in oil until slightly crispy. Strain leaving oil in the pan. Set aside beef to cool.

Sauté garlic in the same pan until light golden brown. Strain and set aside for topping.

Add onion, tomato and siling panigang in the same pan. Cook for 1min. Add rice and cook for 2mins.

Push the rice on one side of the pan, pour eggs and cook for 30secs. Gently fluff to mix all ingredients together. Season with MAGGI® Magic Sarap® and stir in spring onion and half of the crispy beef.
