  • ¼ cup MAGGI® Oyster Sauce
  • 1 thumb-size ginger, minced
  • ½ kg beef, cut into pieces
  • ¼ tsp freshly ground pepper
  • 1 tbsp toasted garlic
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 pc onion, small diced
  • ½ cup canned sliced mushroom, rinsed
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp sliced spring onion
Step 1
Sauté garlic, ginger, onion and beef in oil.
Step 2
Add MAGGI® Oyster Sauce, pepper and sugar. Barely cover with water and simmer until tender.
Step 3
Stir in mushroom. Transfer into a serving plate and garnish with spring onion and toasted garlic.
