  • ¼ cup sliced scallions
  • ¼ kg fresh ground beef
  • 1 cup bean sprouts (togue)
  • 4 cups day old rice
  • ¼ cup MAGGI® Oyster Sauce
  • ¼ tsp freshly ground pepper
  • 2 pcs eggs, beaten
  • 1 pc small onion, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Step 1
Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a wok and pour eggs. Stir and cook until barely set. Remove and set aside.
Step 2
Sauté ground beef, garlic and onion. Add MAGGI® Oyster Sauce and pepper.
Step 3
Stir in rice, scrambled egg, bean sprouts, scallions and sesame oil. Transfer into a serving plate and serve.
