  • 1 pack 22g MAGGI® MAGIC SINIGANG® Original Sampaloc Mix
  • ½ tsp freshly ground pepper
  • 1 kg beef innards (tripe, kidneys, lungs, heart, intestines), blanched twice and medium diced
  • 6 pcs calamansi, juiced
  • 2 pcs finger chili
  • 2 thumb-size ginger, julienned
  • 1 pc large onion, small diced
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 head garlic, minced
  • 6 cups water
Step 1
Combine beef innards and water in a pot. Simmer for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Sauté garlic, onion, ginger and finger chili in oil for 2 minutes. Add to simmering offals. Simmer until tender.
Step 3
Pour MAGGI® MAGIC SINIGANG® Original Sampaloc Mix. Season with fish sauce, brown sugar, pepper and calamansi juice. Transfer into a serving bowl and serve.
