Nestle Recipe
  • ¼ kg shrimp, peeled and deveined, shells reserved
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 6 cups water
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 pc small onion, chopped
  • 1 pc small carrot, chopped
  • 3 tbsp all purpose flour
  • 2 sachets 8g MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®
  • ¼ kg squid, cleaned and sliced
  • 4 pcs crab sticks, sliced
  • 1 pack 125ml NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
Step 1
Lightly sauté shrimp shells in 1 tbsp oil. Crush shells to extract flavor. Pour water and simmer for 10 minutes. Strain and set aside.
Step 2
Sauté garlic, onion and carrot in remaining 2 tbsp of oil. Stir in flour and cook for 2 minutes. Stir in prepared shrimp stock and simmer. Season with MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®.
Step 3
Add shrimp, squid and crab sticks. Temper NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream and pour back to the soup. Stir in parsley, transfer into a serving bowl and serve immediately.
