8 pcs fried galunggong, set aside
2 tbsp cooking oil
2 tbsp crushed garlic
3 pieces tomatoes, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 cup water
3 eggs, beaten
1 sachet 8g MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®
Heat cooking oil. Sauté garlic, onion and tomatoes until fragrant and wilted. Pour in water and bring to boil.
Add beaten eggs and continue stirring to scramble the eggs. Season with MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®.
Add fried galunggong and simmer with the sauce for another minute. Serve.
