Marinate chicken with MAGGI® Magic Sarap®, Chinese rice wine and soy sauce set aside. Coat well with flour and fry in preheated oil until golden brown. Transfer into a cooling rack to drain excess oil.

Remove oil from the pan leaving 2tbsp. Sauté garlic, ginger and dried chili. Pour Chinese rice wine, rice wine vinegar, soy sauce, sugar and water. Stir in cornstarch and water mixture and simmer until sauce is thick.

Toss in fried chicken and cook for another minute. Transfer on a serving plate and top with scallions.
