Nestle Recipe
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 cup leftover lechon, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups day old rice
  • 1 pc onion, chopped
  • 2 pcs egg, beaten
  • 2 pcs tomato, chopped
  • 2 tbsp spring onion, sliced
  • ½ cup carrot, diced
  • 1 sachet 8g MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®
  • 2 tbsp lechon sauce
Step 1
Sauté lechon in oil until golden brown. Strain and set aside.
Step 2
Sauté garlic, onion, tomato, and carrots in the same oil. Add rice and cook for 2 minutes.
Step 3
Make a well in the center and pour beaten eggs. Stir and cook until barely set. Stir in with the rice.
Step 4
Season with MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP® and add leftover lechon sauce. Fluff until steaming hot. Stir in spring onion. Transfer on a serving plate top with lechon and serve.
