Nestle Recipe
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 thumb-size ginger, julienned
  • 1 stalk white part of lemongrass, biased
  • 1 pc medium onion, sliced
  • 2 pcs tomato, sliced
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 pc siling panigang
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 cup 100g biased radish
  • 1 sachet 22g MAGGI® MAGIC SINIGANG® Original Sampalok Mix
  • ¼ kg trimmed medium shrimps
  • ½ kg medium mussels
  • ¼ kg large squid, cleaned and cut into rings
  • 1 cup 50g picked leaves and tender stems of kangkong
Step 1
Heat vegetable oil in a pot and add ginger, lemongrass, onion, tomato and siling panigang. Sauté for 2 minutes. Add fish sauce. Pour water, bring to a boil, skim the scum and simmer.
Step 2
Add radish and simmer for 5 minutes. Pour MAGGI® MAGIC SINIGANG® Original Sampalok Mix. Add shrimps, mussels and squid. Simmer for another minute.
Step 3
Stir in kangkong. Transfer into a serving bowl and serve immediately.
