2 pcs tomato, quartered
½ cup picked malunggay
1 tbsp vegetable oil
2 sachets 8g MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®
½ kg clams, cleaned and rinsed well
¼ kg squid, cleaned and sliced
1 pc finger chili
¼ kg shrimps, peeled, deveined and shells reserved
1 pc onion, quartered
1 stalk lemongrass, pounded and tied
1 thumb-size ginger, crushed
4 cups water
Lightly sauté shrimp shells in oil. Crush shells to extract flavor. Pour water and simmer for 10 minutes. Strain and set aside.
Simmer broth with ginger, lemongrass, onion, tomatoes, and finger chili for 10 minutes.
Add shrimp, squid, and clams. Season with MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®.
Stir in malunggay. Transfer into a serving bowl and serve.
