  • 1 pc finger chili
  • ½ cup sliced sitaw
  • 1 sachet 22g MAGGI® MAGIC SINIGANG® Original Sampalok Mix
  • 2 cups picked leaves and tender stems of kangkong
  • ½ kg cleaned medium prawns
  • 2 pcs tomatoes, quartered
  • 1 pc medium onion, quartered
  • 4 cups water
  • ½ cup sliced radish
Step 1
Simmer onion, tomatoes and finger chili in a water for 15 minutes.
Step 2
Add radish and sitaw. Add prawns and simmer for 1 minute.
Step 3
Pour MAGGI® MAGIC SINIGANG® Original Sampalok Mix. Stir in kangkong. Transfer into a serving bowl and serve immediately.
