  • 1 kg mussels, cleaned and rinsed well
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 2 thumb-size ginger, cut into strips
  • 1 pc onion, sliced
  • 2 pcs finger chili
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 sachet 8g MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®
  • 1 bundle chili leaves, picked
Step 1
Sauté garlic, ginger, onion and finger chili in oil.
Step 2
Add mussels, stir and cover. Cook for 2 minutes.
Step 3
Pour water and season with MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®. Stir in chili leaves and serve.
