Nestle Recipe
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil
  • 1 head garlic, minced
  • 1 kg crab, cleaned and cut into pieces, cracked and removed most of the shells
  • ¼ cup cornstarch
  • 1 tsp minced ginger
  • 2 stalks scallions, cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 4 pcs whole dried chili
  • 2 tbsp Chinese rice wine (optional)
  • 1 sachet 8g MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®
  • 2 tbsp MAGGI® Oyster Sauce
Step 1
Combine oil and garlic in a pan. Gently fry until light golden brown. Strain and set aside.
Step 2
Coat crab with cornstarch and sauté in oil. Remove and set aside.
Step 3
Sauté ginger, scallions, and chili in the same pan. Add back the pieces of crab and toasted garlic. Pour Chinese rice wine (optional). Season with MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP® and MAGGI® Oyster Sauce.
Step 4
Transfer on a serving plate and serve.
