2 tbsp MAGGI® Oyster Sauce
1 sachet 8g MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®
2 tbsp Chinese rice wine (optional)
4 pcs whole dried chili
2 stalks scallions, cut into 2-inch pieces
1 tsp minced ginger
¼ cup cornstarch
1 kg crab, cleaned and cut into pieces, cracked and removed most of the shells
1 head garlic, minced
¼ cup vegetable oil
Combine oil and garlic in a pan. Gently fry until light golden brown. Strain and set aside.
Coat crab with cornstarch and sauté in oil. Remove and set aside.
Sauté ginger, scallions, and chili in the same pan. Add back the pieces of crab and toasted garlic. Pour Chinese rice wine (optional). Season with MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP® and MAGGI® Oyster Sauce.
Transfer on a serving plate and serve.
