Nestle Recipe
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • ½ cup flaked tinapa
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 pc onion, chopped
  • 2 pcs tomato, seeded and chopped
  • 2 pcs eggs, beaten
  • 4 cups day old rice
  • 1 sachet 8g MAGGI MAGIC SARAP®
  • 2 tbsp sliced spring onion
  • 1 pc salted eggs, cut into wedges
Step 1
Sauté flaked tinapa, garlic, onion and tomato in oil.
Step 2
Push ingredients on the side and pour beaten eggs. Stir and cook until barely set.
Step 3
Add rice and season with MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®. Pour 2 tbsp of water on the side and gently fluff until steaming hot. Stir in spring onion. Transfer on a serving plate, top with salted egg wedges and serve.
