    Combine oil and annatto seeds in a pan, heat for 1min and strain. Sauté garlic, shallots, pork in annatto oil.

    Add peppercorn, vinegar and fish sauce. Cover and cook for 30mins.

    5 Min
    Add papaya and bell pepper. Cook for another 5mins. Season with MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Transfer on a serving plate and serve.
