Korean Fried Chicken

Step1 of 3
Season chicken with MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP® and pepper. Coat with flour and fry until golden brown. Strain and set aside.
Step2 of 3
Remove oil from the wok leaving 2 tbsp. Sauté, garlic, onion, ginger and red chili. Add soy sauce, water and sugar. Simmer until thick.
Step3 of 3
Toss in fried chicken pieces. Transfer on a serving plate. Top with sesame seeds and spring onion. Serve immediately.
