Step1 of 4
Sauté pumpkin and eggplant separately in olive oil until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
Step2 of 4
Season lamb with 1 sachet of MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP® and pepper. Sauté in the same pan in olive oil. Add garlic, chili and onion. Add turmeric, coriander, cumin, paprika and chili powder and tomato paste.

Pour water, cover and simmer until tender.
Step4 of 4
Add coconut milk and pumpkin and continue to simmer uncovered until sauce is thick. Let the sauce reduce. Season with remaining sachet of MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®. Stir in eggplant and cilantro. Transfer on a serving plate and drizzle Nestlé yogurt.
