Sauté garlic, ginger, onion, mushroom, star anise, and peppercorn in oil. Pour wine and MAGGI® Oyster Sauce.

Add pork and barely cover with water. Simmer for 30 minutes.
Step3 of 4
Season with MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP® and brown sugar. Stir in cornstarch and water mixture to thicken the sauce.
Step4 of 4
Transfer on a serving plate. Pour sauce on top and serve with mushroom and pechay.
