Choose from the list of ingredients
Marinate tanigue in MAGGI® Magic Sarap®, 2 tbsp MAGGI® Savor Chilimansi and pepper. Set aside.
Grill eggplant until well charred. Place in a bowl, cover and set aside for 5mins. Peel off charred skin. Cut into bite-size pieces and set aside.
Combine eggplant, with onion, tomato, vinegar, spring onion and 1 tbsp of MAGGI® Savor Chilimansi. Set aside.
Brush the tanigue with oil and grill for 2mins per side. Transfer on a serving plate and serve with eggplant salad.
