Choose from the list of ingredients
Simmer pork in water for 30 minutes. Add onion, tomato, finger chili and ½ pack of MAGGI® Magic Sinigang with Gabi. Simmer for another 10 minutes.
Strain and reserve pork, onion, tomato, siling panigang and broth separately.
Fry pork in preheated oil until golden brown. Set aside.
Remove oil from the pan leaving 2 tbsp. Add reserved onion, tomato and finger chili. Sauté for 2 minutes.
Add rice, MAGGI® Magic Sarap® and remaining ½ pack of MAGGI® Magic Sinigang with Gabi. Stir in kangkong and cook for 2 minutes.
Transfer rice on a serving plate. Place fried pork on top of rice. Serve with reserved Sinigang broth.
