Simmer pork in water for 30 minutes. Add onion, tomato, finger chili and ½ pack of MAGGI MAGIC Sinigang with Gabi . Simmer for another 15 minutes. (50mins)

Strain and reserve pork, onion, tomato, finger chili and broth separately. (2mins)

Fry pork in preheated oil until golden brown. Set aside.(10mins)

Remove oil from the pan leaving 2 tbsp. Add reserved onion, tomato, finger chili and sitaw. Sauté for 2 minutes. (5mins)

Add rice, MAGGI MAGIC SARAP® and remaining ½ pack of MAGGI MAGIC Sinigang with Gabi. Stir in kangkong and cook for 2 minutes. (5mins)

Transfer on a serving plate. Cut pork into bite-size pieces and place on top of rice. Serve with reserved Sinigang broth. (5mins)
