Simmer beef in water with bay leaves and peppercorn for 2 hours. Skim off scum and fat as needed.

Add onion and garlic and continue to simmer until very tender. Strain and reserve 2 cups of the broth.

Melt butter in a pan. Add flour and cook for 1min. Gradually stir in reserved broth. Simmer until slightly thick. Season with MAGGI® Magic Sarap® and MAGGI® Savor Classic.

Preheat a clean sizzling plate. Place beef shank. Pour sauce on top. Add corn, green beans and pechay on the side of the beef. Top with toasted garlic and spring onion. Serve immediately.
