    Sauté garlic, ginger and onion in oil. Add mirin, sugar, water, MAGGI Oyster Sauce and sesame oil. Simmer until slightly thick. Strain and set aside.

    60 Min
    Season fish with ½ sachet MAGGI® Magic Sarap® and coat half of the teriyaki sauce. Marinate for 1 hour.

    10 Min
    Preheat a clean grill and brush with oil. Grill salmon for 2 minutes per side.

    Transfer salmon on a serving plate. Pour sauce on top and garnish with spring onion and sesame seeds. (2mins)
