If the quantities are increased, the cooking time may be extended, so look again. Use water & spices sparingly at first and add more later if needed.
Choose from the list of ingredients
Sauté garlic, ginger, onion and carrot in oil for 2 minutes. Add shiitake mushroom and cook for another 2 minutes.
Pour water and bring to simmer. Add MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®, pepper and MAGGI® Oyster Sauce.
Stir in cornstarch and water mixture to thicken soup. Add tofu and enoki mushroom and half of the scallion.
Pour into a serving bowl. Drizzle sesame oil and top with scallion. Serve immediately.
