    Sauté garlic , ginger and finger chili in oil. Add galunggong and cook for 1min per side. Add vinegar and peppercorn. Simmer for 2mins.​

    Add ampalaya, eggplant and water. Cover and simmer for another 10mins. Season with remaining ½ sachet of MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Transfer on a serving plate and serve.​
