    4 Min
    Combine MAGGI® Oyster Sauce, onion, tomato, garlic and ginger. Mix well and stuff the tilapia with the tomato mixture.

    Brush banana leaf with vegetable oil and place tilapia on top. Wrap tilapia with banana leaf. Wrap and seal tightly with aluminum foil.​

    Grill for 10mins per side. Remove from aluminum foil, transfer on a serving plate and serve with preferred dipping sauce.​
