Step1 of 3
Marinate chicken with 2 sachets MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®, pepper, thyme, rosemary and olive oil. Truss using a butcher’s twine place in a roasting pan with a rack. Roast in a preheated oven for 30 minutes.

Remove chicken from the pan. Add potato, carrot, garlic, and shallots. Season with ½ sachet of MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP® and pepper. Coat with the drippings. Place back the rack with the chicken and immediately return to the oven and continue to roast for 45 minutes.
Step3 of 3
Remove from the oven and set aside to rest. Cut the chicken into serving pieces. Drizzle drippings on the chicken. Serve with roasted vegetables and lemon wedges.
