    Create several slits on the flesh of the pla-pla. Season with ½ sachet of MAGGI® Magic Sarap® and MAGGI® Savor Chilimansi. Set aside.

    Mix garlic, onion and tomato. Season with ½ sachet of MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Stuff the pla-pla with the tomato mixture.

    20 Min
    Wrap the tilapia in 3 layers of banana leaf. Grill over medium high heat for 10mins per side. Set aside for another 10mins. Serve warm.
