Heat vegetable oil in a pot and add ginger, lemongrass, onion, tomato and siling panigang. Sauté for 2 minutes. Add fish sauce. Pour water, bring to a boil, skim the scum and simmer.

Add radish and simmer for 5 minutes. Pour MAGGI® MAGIC SINIGANG® Original Sampalok Mix. Add shrimps, mussels and squid. Simmer for another minute.

Stir in kangkong. Transfer into a serving bowl and serve immediately.
