    10 Min
    Season pork with MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Sauté in oil until golden brown. Remove and set aside.​
  • Step2

    5 Min
    Sauté garlic, onion, tomato, bell peppers, chili and liver spread in the same pan.​
  • Step3

    60 Min
    Add pork, bay leaf, water, sugar and MAGGI® Oyster Sauce. Simmer while covered until tender. Skim off the scum as needed.​
  • Step4

    Stir in NESTLE® All Purpose Cream and half of cheese. Simmer uncovered until thick. Transfer on a serving plate, top with remaining cheese and serve.
