Fry eggplant in preheated oil until light golden brown. Remove and set aside to drain excess oil.

Remove oil from the pan leaving 1 tbsp. Sauté pork, garlic, onion, tomato, and chili. Pour water and MAGGI Supreme Sarap.

Add fried eggplant and cook for another 2 minutes.
