Stir Fried Kangkong with Garlic

This easy-to-prepare healthy dish does not skimp on taste and flavor.

INGREDIENTS

2 tbsp vegetable oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 pc small onion, small diced
1/2 kg picked kangkong with stems
2 tbsp MAGGI® Oyster Sauce
1 sachet MAGGI MAGIC SARAP®

Directions

1.  Saute garlic in oil for 1 minute without browning. Add onion and cook for 2 minutes.

2.  Add kangkong and saute for 1 minute over high heat.

3.  Add MAGGI® Oyster Sauce and season with MAGGI MAGIC SARAP®. Transfer into a serving plate and serve
