1. Marinate the tuna in MAGGI® SAVOR Calamansi for 15 minutes. Preheat a large pan and add 2 tbsp oil. Sauté tuna until golden brown and set aside.
2. In a pan, add the remaining oil and sauté the onions for 30 seconds.
3. Add the tuna and season with MAGGI MAGIC SARAP® and MAGGI® SAVOR Classic.
4. Transfer to a heated and buttered sizzling plate. Top with crushed chicharon if desired.
