Choose from the list of ingredients
Boil water and carefully place egg to simmer for 5mins. Drain and run under tap water to cool eggs. Peel and set aside.
Sauté garlic, onion and ground pork in oil.
Add vinegar and cook for 2mins. Pour water and add MAGGI® Oyster Sauce. Season with MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Add eggs and simmer for 5mins.
Stir in kangkong and cook for 2mins. Transfer on a serving plate and serve.
