If the quantities are increased, the cooking time may be extended, so look again. Use water & spices sparingly at first and add more later if needed.
Place crab in a pot of boiling water. Cook for 5mins. Remove from the pot and soak in cold water. Pick all the crab meat and set aside. Reserve shells.
Combine crab shells and 5 cups of water in a pot. Simmer for 20mins. Strain and set aside. Discard small shells.
Place main crab shell at the bottom of a pot. Lay the mushrooms, chorizo and pork belly around of the crab shell. Add ginger, turmeric, rice wine and sugar.
Crumble MAGGI Magic Chicken Cubes in crab stock. Pour on top of the ingredients, cover and simmer for 30mins.
Add cabbage, shrimp and quail eggs, Simmer for another 5mins.
Top with crab meat and parsley. Serve in the same pot to keep warm.
