Step1

Season chicken with 1 sachet of MAGGI MAGIC Chicken and coat with flour. Sauté in olive oil until golden brown. Remove and set aside.​

Add shallots, garlic, carrot, celery and potato in the same pan and sauté for 10 minutes. Add tomato paste and cook for 2 minutes.

Pour water and add sautéed chicken, bay leaf, thyme, rosemary and mushroom. Season with remaining sachet of MAGGI MAGIC Chicken and simmer.​

30 Min
Place in a preheated oven for 30 minutes. Remove from the oven, garnish with parsley and serve.
