If the quantities are increased, the cooking time may be extended, so look again. Use water & spices sparingly at first and add more later if needed.
Choose from the list of ingredients
Cook garlic and olive oil in a small pot until soft. Transfer in a blender. Add basil, cashew, lemon zest and juice. Season with salt, pepper, sugar and cheese. Purée until smooth. Set aside.
Season chicken with ½ sachet of MAGGI® Magic Sarap® and 1/8 tsp of pepper. Sauté chicken in oil until golden brown. Remove from the pan, coat with 2 tbsp of the pesto and set aside.
Add pesto in the same pan and cook for 2 minutes. Pour water and NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream. Simmer and season with remaining ½ sachet of MAGGI® Magic Sarap® and pepper.
Boil pasta according to package direction.
Strain spaghetti, toss in the sauce and transfer on a serving plate. Cut chicken into serving pieces, place on top of pasta and serve.
